Explore Remote Advisory

  • We learn your taste, lifestyle, occasion, priorities, budget, and how you want the piece to feel. For an engagement ring, that may mean understanding someone else's style. For a collection, it may mean understanding what you already own and where you want to go next.

  • Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, we establish the characteristics that matter most: design, gemstone, quality, provenance, maison, period, condition, budget, and long-term appeal.

  • Once you're ready to move forward, we agree on the scope, fee, and next steps. For bespoke commissions, this is the point of decision: the design, materials, and budget are approved at this stage, and work begins once the required deposit has been received.

  • Depending on your needs, we may research and compare the market, evaluate a piece or stone, source possibilities through our network, accompany a viewing, or work alongside trusted craftspeople to refine a design.

  • You make the final decision with a full understanding of the piece, its quality, and the choices involved. For sourced pieces, there is never pressure to purchase, and sometimes the wisest choice is to keep looking. For bespoke commissions, this stage is the final review and delivery of the piece you approved.

    The fee is credited toward The Full Journey should you proceed.

  • For clients who want Maison Heirlooms beside them from the initial brief through the final decision.

    Bespoke Sourcing and Custom Design are typically structured as Full Journey engagements. More extensive Heirloom Curation and Evaluate & Advise engagements may also fall within this structure.

    Fees are tailored to the scope and complexity of the engagement and agreed upon before work begins.

  • For those who know what they need and would like our expertise on a particular task, from evaluating a piece and vetting a seller to sourcing, design guidance, and acquisition support.
